Two hundred and fifty instructors of the Depot Nigerian Army, Zaria on Wednesday completed a training by the British Military Advisory Train the Trainer Team on combating contemporary security challenges.
The leader of the team, Colonel Will Hilton, said the aim of the training was to imbue the soldiers with necessary knowledge to train others.
He also applauded the participants for their hard work, reminded them that a basic tool set had been given to them as instructors.
He said that in the last four weeks of the training, the team had been impressed by the instructors’ aggression, enthusiasm and ability to quickly assimilate innovation.
The Commandant, Depot Nigerian Army, Christopher Musa, thanked the team for their professionalism, commitment and courage displayed during the training.
